Please Remember:
Most of our nightly rentals include room for 4 (or more) guests
as well as full kitchens including appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc. They are also spacious, ranging from 500 to 1000
square feet.
Minimum Stay:
Minimum stay in high season is 6 nights.
Minimum stay in low season is 2 nights.
If you are considering fewer than the minimum nights, please call us and check availability. 417-739-3082
Check-In Time
Check-in time is 4:00 to 9:00 pm. We are open until 9:00 pm, if you
will be arriving after 9:00 pm, you must notify us in advance and
other arrangements will be made.
Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. If you wish to spend
some time at the lake, etc. on your last day, you should check
out before you go. The people that maintain our properties have
a schedule to meet for arrivals and departures. All keys must be
returned to our office.
Reservations & Cancellations
To confirm a reservation a security deposit equal to the first
nights stay is required. After we receive your deposit,
we will mail you a confirmation detailing your reservation,
arrival and departure dates. All deposits are non-refunable.
